Yodit, a dedicated advocate for holistic wellness and the founder of a thriving spa, embarked on a journey driven by her passion for empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being. Her professional trajectory has been marked by a commitment to creating an environment that fosters physical, emotional, and spiritual harmony.
Yodit's expertise as a Health Coach and certified Colon Hydrotherapist reflects her dedication to guiding others on the path to optimal wellness. Her unique approach integrates the body, mind, and spirit, recognizing their interconnected roles in achieving a state of complete health and fulfillment. As she often emphasizes, being the CEO of one's health involves a holistic understanding of well-being.
In 2022, Yodit received the prestigious 20 under 40 Duluth award, a testament to her significant contributions to the field of wellness. Her educational background includes a degree in Biology/Psychology from the College of St. Scholastica and a Masters in Public Health from Benedictine University. Yodit has further honed her skills through certifications as a Colon Hydrotherapist and Health Coach.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Yodit's interests and hobbies align with her mission to make the rest of people's lives the best of their lives. She is an avid reader, lifelong learner, and passionate teacher, exemplifying her commitment to personal and communal growth.
